Once you confirm your booking, we send a welcome pack with a short form to help us understand your services, tone, and goals. We then schedule a quick intro call (if needed) and kick off design based on your answers.
6. How much input do I need to give during the design?
We keep it simple. You’ll answer a short brand clarity form and share any logos, colours, or copy you already have. If anything’s missing, we’ll shape it together — no overwhelm.
3. How long does it take to build my site?
Once onboarding is complete, we usually deliver your site within 4-5 business days. Add-ons may take slightly longer, depending on complexity.
4. Can I edit my site after it’s finished?
Yes! We design using platforms that are beginner-friendly, so you can update content confidently. You’ll get a walkthrough of your site’s key features before launch. You can also contact us for add-ons in the future.
2. Do you provide domain and hosting?
Yes offer 12 months of domain and hosting through Hostinger as part of your setup. This ensures your site is fast, secure, and professionally managed from day one.
We still believe in client autonomy, so after the first year, you’ll have the option to renew directly or transfer full control. We include clear renewal instructions and remain available for support if needed.
